Now that you have mastered the Control-short cut keys from last time, here are a few more keyboard combinations that can help save you time while working in your documents.

ALT Shortcut Keys

• Hold down the Alt key and F4 to shut down the open window on your screen

• Hold down the Alt key and Tab to switch between open windows/applications

• Hold down the Alt key and PrintScreen key to take a snapshot of the open window
