This is an easy shortcut that I had a hard time getting used to at the beginning but it’s a huge time saver once you become accustomed to it…
When you are working between two programs (or more) on your screen, rather than use the mouse to switch between the two, you can use a shortcut key and never take your hand off the keyboard.
Use the alt key and the tab key at the same time to switch between two applications or programs. If you need to navigate through more than just two, hold down the alt key and tab key to bring up a small menu on your screen and you can tab through that also.
Again, it takes some getting used to but you’ll find that it’s much easier than using the mouse, especially when time is of the essence.
