Chris Meacham – President; Microsoft SE, CompTIA A+, Compaq ASE

Chris manages the day-to-day business operations as well as business development, customer and vendor relations and new product development.

As owner and President, Chris understands the challenges of founding and growing a successful business. Most of Chris’ computer and network experience has come from being part of large corporate IT support departments. This critical background enables Chris to work with his team to mold procedures, processes and systems into practical, small business solutions for his customers.

Ronald Gambardella – Customer Support Manager; CompTia A+, Network+, MCP

Ron joined Now IT Works in 2000 and has worked his way up the ranks to Support Manager. Ron manages the help desk and field technicians, daily operations of the Now IT Works business network and is involved with all advanced technical issues. Ron has a great customer-service background and has an excellent track record in responding to customer inquiries quickly and completely.

Adrian Lozinski – Help Desk Technician; CompTia A+, MCP/MCDST

Adrian also joined the Now IT Works teams in 2008 and is based out of Long Island, currently dedicated to servicing a large subrogation company. He works along side their Chief Technology Officer to assist users with computer and network support as well as maintaining the on-site environment.
