Chris Meacham – President; Microsoft SE, CompTIA A+, Compaq ASE
Chris manages the day-to-day business operations as well as business development, customer and vendor relations and new product development.
As owner and President, Chris understands the challenges of founding and growing a successful business. Most of Chris’ computer and network experience has come from being part of large corporate IT support departments. This critical background enables Chris to work with his team to mold procedures, processes and systems into practical, small business solutions for his customers.
Dale Hufford, Network Engineer, CompTIA A+ Certified
Dale is our man behind the scenes. He handles all of the proactive network requests that pop up in our client environments. He monitors and manages the day-to-day network issues and reviews the backup procedures for all of our clients.
One of Dale’s other important jobs it to head up the future growth of our Blue Steel product line, with input from our technical team.
Carlos Perez – Part time Help Desk Technician
Carlos is the newest addition to our team and he’s jumped right in, handling help desk requests both remotely and on-site. He comes to us with extensive experience with desktop support, as well as network infrastructure management. Carlos is a Certified Microsoft Professional in Microsoft Office Suite.
Amie Meacham – Dispatch Manager, CompTIA Project + Certified
Amie handles the maintenance and dispatch of our Help Desk. She is the first person that our customers speak with, after which she creates the service request and dispatches one of the technicians to handle the request, either remotely or on-site, depending on the severity of the problem.
She also assists with preparation and planning for large-scale customer projects.
